01 What makes it unique

The 32RLS steps into Avenue’s taller, heavier chassis tier and puts the living space at the back: an ‘RLS’ rear living area opens on three slide-outs into a couples great room, with the kitchen amidships and a front bedroom, sleeping four in a 34-foot-11 body at the full 13-foot-4 height. It is the rear-lounge Avenue for two people who want a windowed rear living room rather than a bunk space.

The build is the full Avenue package: 101-inch wide-body construction with Azdel composite sidewalls inside and out, a PVC lifetime-warranty roof, a 16-cubic-foot 12-volt refrigerator, Alliance’s industry-leading tank sizes, the Performance Running Gear package and the OTG 400-watt solar package; a king bed and a second and third 13,500-BTU air conditioner are available on the regular trim. Alliance publishes a 13,995-pound GVWR against the 10,500-pound dry weight, leaving a 3,495-pound cargo capacity and a 2,000-pound dry pin, with 98/106/53-gallon fresh/grey/black tanks. At a starting MSRP around $93,000, with street pricing below placard, the 32RLS is the rear-living Avenue for a couple who wants a three-slide rear great room in a mid-profile coach towed with a three-quarter-ton or one-ton truck.

03 The Avenue floorplan family

Avenue is Alliance RV's mid-profile fifth wheel — the residential fifth-wheel idea from the luxury Paradigm a step down in height, weight and price, and a cross-shop against Grand Design's Reflection, Keystone's Cougar and Jayco's Eagle. The 2026 line runs to nine floorplans; the six profiled in full are linked below and the three catalogued plans are shown muted. The 32RLS on this page is highlighted.

Avenue is Alliance RV's mid-profile fifth wheel — the residential fifth-wheel idea from the luxury Paradigm a step down in height, weight and price. The 2026 line runs to nine floorplans; the six broadest-appeal layouts are profiled here in full and the remaining three are catalogued from published specifications below. Every Avenue is 101-inch wide-body construction with Azdel composite sidewalls inside and out, a PVC roof with a lifetime warranty, a 16-cubic-foot 12-volt refrigerator (the lighter 28BH carries a 10-cubic-foot unit), Alliance's industry-leading tank sizes, the Performance Running Gear package and an OTG solar package with a 400-watt panel and a 40-amp MPPT controller; a second and third 13,500-BTU air conditioner and a king bed are standard on the regular trim, and a lighter Avenue All-Access value trim (single air conditioner, 200-watt solar, no standard king) is offered alongside it. Hitch weight, GVWR, dry weight and CCC are published per plan and each plan's dry weight plus CCC equals its GVWR exactly. Dry weight is a factory estimate; real loaded pin weights run higher — always weigh the loaded coach and confirm against your truck's payload and rear-axle ratings.

04 What owners & reviewers report

Rear living great room

An ‘RLS’ rear lounge on three slides, with the kitchen amidships and a front bedroom — a couples layout sleeping four.

Avenue’s taller chassis tier

The full 13-foot-4 height and a 13,995-pound GVWR place it above the lighter 28BH tier with far more cargo capacity.

3,495 pounds of cargo

A 3,495-pound CCC on the 2,000-pound pin gives real payload headroom for gear, water and options.

Match a three-quarter-ton+ truck

A 13,995-pound-GVWR fifth wheel with a 2,000-pound pin — confirm a properly rated truck’s payload and rear-axle rating.
