The Minnie 2529RG is the plan for people who cook. Where most travel trailers wedge the galley along one wall of the living area, the 2529RG hands the kitchen the entire rear of the trailer — counters wrapping the back wall, the line's solid-surface tops, a flip-up counter extension Winnebago fits specifically to this plan, and the rear windows over the workspace. A slide-out amidships carries a sofa (theater seating optional) to keep the living area open, and a front queen bedroom anchors the other end. A second entry door completes the flow.

It is built on the standard Minnie platform — NXG engineered steel frame, 1.5-inch fiberglass over Azdel Onboard composite, one-piece walkable TPO roof, gel-coat fiberglass front cap, tandem 4,400-pound EZ-lube axles matching the published 8,800-pound GVWR exactly — with the 10-cubic-foot 12-volt refrigerator, 15,000-BTU ducted air conditioner, 30,000-BTU furnace and 200-watt solar package standard. The tank set backs the kitchen mission: alongside the 60-gallon fresh and 49-gallon black tanks, a factory-fitted second 49-gallon grey tank doubles grey capacity to 98 gallons — dishes and showers stop competing on a long stay.

Rear kitchens carry two well-known trade-offs, and the 2529RG owns both honestly: galley items ride at the far end of the trailer over the most motion, and there is no rear bedroom or bunk room — sleeping five counts the convertible furniture. But at $48,428 it is the least expensive of the line's larger plans, its 656-pound tongue weight stays half-ton-easy, and no other Minnie gives a cook this much counter.
