01 What makes it unique
The 4000 is the Model G for people whose toys are big. Its defining feature is a 16-foot garage — the longest in the profiled lineup, nicknamed the “Garage-Mahal” — fitted with an overhead loft on a comfortable mattress and a genuinely spacious half bath with a large vent fan, medicine cabinet and a window. The living quarters keep the residential Model G feel: a waterfall island that converts to a peninsula, a GE Energy Star 19-cubic-foot refrigerator and a king bedroom up front. A washer/dryer prep in the garage lets owners trade the toys for a laundry-and-lounge bonus room when life changes.
It is the most capable hauler of the seven. RVUSA lists a published 23,000-pound GVWR against a 17,674-pound dry weight, which leaves a 5,326-pound payload — the most of any profiled Model G — against a 3,530-pound dry pin. The full Model G running gear carries through: the single continuous I-beam chassis on three 8,000-pound axles, the 30,000-pound Gen-Y pin box, SumoSprings, disc brakes and triple 13,500-BTU heat-pump air conditioners. Power is a standout even for the line — 800 watts of factory solar and the FlexPower 5500 dual-fuel generator — and four power awnings (three campside with an auto-deploy function, one over the rear deck) shade the coach.
At an MSRP of $208,077 it is priced close to the shorter plans despite the far bigger garage. For a buyer hauling side-by-sides, motorcycles or a full workshop who still wants the Model G’s ultra-plush interior, the 4000 is the line’s heavy hauler.

The Brinkley Model G is the luxury fifth-wheel toy-hauler line from Brinkley RV, an independent manufacturer founded by RV-industry veterans. The full line runs to nine floorplans for 2026; seven are profiled here and two front-office plans are catalogued above pending weight publication. Every plan rides a single continuous I-beam chassis on three 8,000-pound axles with 8,000-pound leaf springs, a 30,000-pound Gen-Y Executive Torsion Flex pin box, SumoSprings and disc brakes as standard, and pairs a residential interior with an automotive exterior and a multi-purpose garage/flex space with a Zero-Gravity ramp door. Each ships with a 19-cubic-foot 12-volt refrigerator, triple GE low-profile 13,500-BTU heat-pump air conditioners, an 800-watt solar package, a FlexPower 5500 dual-fuel inverter generator and a Rockford Fosgate audio system. Body specifications (lengths, heights, payload, tanks, sleeping, slides and awnings) are RVUSA-verified against the 2026 structured spec records, each page fp-slug and title checked; dry weight, GVWR, payload and pin weight are published per plan, and each plan's dry weight plus payload equals its GVWR exactly. A toy hauler's real loaded pin weight runs well above the base figure — always weigh the loaded coach and confirm against your truck's payload and rear-axle ratings.
04 What owners & reviewers report
16-foot “Garage-Mahal”
The longest garage in the profiled lineup, with a loft and a spacious half bath — built for big toys and a full workshop.
Most payload in the line
A 5,326-lb net cargo figure on a 23,000-lb GVWR — the most of any profiled Model G, for heavy loads.
Four power awnings
Three auto-deploy campside awnings plus a rear-deck awning — more shade than any plan in the line.
Convertible to laundry-lounge
A washer/dryer prep in the garage lets the space become a laundry-and-lounge bonus room when the toys retire.
05 How it compares
The 11-foot-garage sibling with the same waterfall-island kitchen — lighter, shorter, lower pin if your toys fit.
A 45-foot plan that trades a little garage for a second full bath — the family alternative.
The 46-foot plan with a walk-in bedroom closet and a 12-foot-6 garage that sleeps eight — more living and sleeping at the top of the line.
