2026 No Boundaries NB20.8

The No Boundaries NB20.8 is the line’s spacious dual-kitchen plan, built for couples who entertain. A private front queen bedroom with dual wardrobes sits up front, and the interior pairs a central kitchen — a large refrigerator and an air-fryer microwave — with a separate rear kitchen, giving two distinct cooking and serving zones. A Bar 2 Table and a slide-out booth dinette handle dining, and a full bath with an upgraded shower sits between. Built for extended-season use, it adds a heated enclosed underbelly, radiant foil insulation and 12V tank pads, with a 20-foot power awning outside. Nominal capacity is up to four.

At 6,753 pounds unloaded and 32 feet 6 inches, the NB20.8 is the heaviest profiled No Boundaries couples’ plan and a tow for a capable half-ton or larger, with a 1,500-pound cargo capacity. Forest River publishes an 8,253-pound GVWR for this plan directly (it equals the 6,753-pound unloaded weight plus the 1,500-pound cargo capacity exactly), so no derivation is needed. It carries the line’s bigger tank set — 40-gallon fresh, a large 60-gallon grey and 30-gallon black — and rides on a tandem axle. It is the only No Boundaries plan with 50-amp service standard (and a prep for a second air conditioner), with a 13,500-BTU bedroom air conditioner available; standard equipment is otherwise the mandatory C-Series package with a 2,000-watt inverter, a 15,000-BTU air conditioner, a 12V refrigerator, an air-fryer microwave, a tankless water heater and a standard outdoor kitchen.

Construction is the No Boundaries laminate recipe — Azdel composite panels over an aluminum frame, a block-foam-insulated aluminum floor, a sealed and heated underbelly with a radiant foil barrier and 12V tank pads, and a fiberglass front cap with LED lighting — the same construction tier as Forest River’s r·pod and a step above the metal-sided value lines. An optional Beast Mode package adds an independent suspension, 400 watts of solar and a 2,000-watt inverter. For a couple that wants a private bedroom, two kitchens, a big grey tank, standard 50-amp service and dual-air-conditioner capability in the line’s most spacious non-bunkhouse layout, the NB20.8 is the top couples’ plan in the range.
