The 3300 is the Model Z for couples who cook and stay put. A rear kitchen with a large island and a beverage center anchors the back of the coach; a center living area with theater seating, a televator and a fireplace sits amidships with a 54-by-70-inch sleeper sofa; and a dual-entry center bath — reachable from both the living space and the front bedroom — separates the two. The front holds a private bedroom with a king bed slide (queen optional). Three slide-outs and two power awnings open it up.
Its defining number is water. A 150-gallon fresh tank — by far the largest in the Model Z line — with a 118-gallon grey tank makes it the plan for extended off-grid and boondocking stays. RVUSA lists a published 16,995-pound GVWR against a 13,127-pound dry weight, leaving the line’s biggest 3,868-pound payload and a 2,286-pound dry pin, on the full Brinkley build with the monotube chassis, 7,000-pound tandem axles, a Helux king pin, brass plumbing, 370-watt solar and the two-air-conditioner package.
At an MSRP of $125,169 it sits in the upper-middle of the line. For a couple who wants a real rear kitchen, a dual-entry bath and enough fresh water to stay out for days — with the most payload of any Model Z — the 3300 is the long-stay plan.

The Brinkley Model Z is a mid-size luxury fifth wheel built by Brinkley RV, an independent manufacturer founded by RV-industry veterans. The full line runs to twelve floorplans for 2026; eight are profiled here and four more are catalogued above. Every plan rides on the same monotube triple-powder-coated chassis with 7,000-pound tandem axles on 8,000-pound leaf springs, a CURT Touring Coil suspension with ABS and a Helux king pin, and a fully enclosed, heated underbelly, and ships with a 370-watt roof solar package (740-watt ready) with a 50-amp MPPT controller, a 16-cubic-foot 12-volt refrigerator, brass plumbing fittings and a tankless on-demand water heater as standard — with a class-leading 79.5-inch bed and bath ceiling height.
