01 What makes it unique
The 3610 is the largest and most flexible Model Z. Its centerpiece is a mid-coach bonus room that Brinkley sets up as a bunkhouse, office, game room, second bedroom or open flex space — a whole extra room amidships rather than a fixed bunk zone — with a 72-inch tri-fold sofa and a private front bedroom rounding out a plan rated to sleep up to ten, the most in the line. Four slide-outs open the living, kitchen, bonus room and bedroom across nearly 42 feet.
It is the heaviest standard Model Z, and the only one with three roof air conditioners. RVUSA lists a published 17,695-pound GVWR against a 14,859-pound dry weight, leaving a 2,836-pound payload and the line’s highest dry pin at 2,591 pounds, with a third 13,500-BTU mid air conditioner added to cool the bonus room. The full Brinkley build carries through on the monotube triple-powder-coated chassis with 7,000-pound tandem axles, a Helux king pin, brass plumbing, 370-watt solar and a 16-cubic-foot 12-volt refrigerator.
At an MSRP of $138,268 it is the most expensive standard plan in the line. At nearly 42 feet with a 2,591-pound dry pin and a 17,695-pound GVWR, it wants a properly rated three-quarter-ton or one-ton truck. For a family that needs a flexible extra room and capacity for a crowd — in Brinkley’s luxury build — the 3610 is the flagship Model Z.

The Brinkley Model Z is a mid-size luxury fifth wheel built by Brinkley RV, an independent manufacturer founded by RV-industry veterans. The full line runs to twelve floorplans for 2026; eight are profiled here and four more are catalogued above. Every plan rides on the same monotube triple-powder-coated chassis with 7,000-pound tandem axles on 8,000-pound leaf springs, a CURT Touring Coil suspension with ABS and a Helux king pin, and a fully enclosed, heated underbelly, and ships with a 370-watt roof solar package (740-watt ready) with a 50-amp MPPT controller, a 16-cubic-foot 12-volt refrigerator, brass plumbing fittings and a tankless on-demand water heater as standard — with a class-leading 79.5-inch bed and bath ceiling height. Body specifications (lengths, heights, payload, tanks, sleeping, slides and awnings) are RVUSA-verified against the 2026 structured spec records, each page fp-slug and title checked; dry weight, GVWR, payload and pin weight are published per plan, and each plan's dry weight plus payload equals its GVWR exactly. Real loaded pin weights run higher — always weigh the loaded coach and confirm against your truck's payload and rear-axle ratings.
04 What owners & reviewers report
Flexible mid-coach bonus room
A whole extra room amidships set up as a bunkhouse, office, game room, second bedroom or flex space — the most versatile Model Z layout.
Sleeps up to ten
The highest sleeping capacity in the line — a true family-and-guests coach across four slides.
Three air conditioners
A third 13,500-BTU mid unit (with heat pump) joins the standard pair to cool the bonus room — unique in the line.
Heaviest standard plan
At 14,859 lb dry with a 2,591-lb pin and a 17,695-lb GVWR, confirm a properly rated 3/4- or 1-ton truck.
05 How it compares
The rear-kitchen, outdoor-kitchen plan — lighter, three slides and a lower pin if a bonus room isn’t needed.
The single-slide bunkhouse — a far lighter, lower-cost family plan if the flagship is more than you need.
The full-size luxury step up — a 101-inch widebody coach with bunk-and-loft family plans for a one-ton truck.
