01 What Salem Hemisphere & Wildwood Heritage Glen are
Salem Hemisphere and Wildwood Heritage Glen are Forest River's premium-laminate travel-trailer twins — the same trailers built on the same factory line, sold under two nameplates that differ mainly in graphics and décor while sharing an identical floorplan roster. They sit at the top of the Salem / Wildwood travel-trailer ladder, a clear tier above the laminated Cruise Lite / X-Lite and two tiers above the stick-and-tin FSX, competing with Grand Design's Imagine and the upper Jayco and Keystone mainstream lines.
The line is organized into two tiers. The Hyper-Lyte series (codes ending in HL) are the lighter, half-ton-friendly plans — couples' coaches and bunkhouses from roughly 4,900 to 7,000 pounds dry, with a single slide and an 18,000-BTU Furrion Chill Cube. The full Hemisphere series carries the heavier triple-slide family and couples' coaches, adding a standard second 13,500-BTU air conditioner (not on the 261FKRB or 265BSRB), an electric fireplace on most models, a 50-inch smart TV and an outside kitchen on the larger plans. A Hemisphere fifth-wheel range exists alongside the travel trailers; this hub covers the travel trailers. Many of the smaller couples' plans are sold as dealer-stock-only units.
Construction is genuine premium laminate: a vacuum-laminated “Aluma Frame” sidewall and floor with block-foam insulation, a WeatherShield one-piece fiberglass roof rather than the usual membrane, 82-inch sidewalls for headroom, Nordic Marble counters, and wide-stance 42-inch axles. Every plan ships with an Elevated Value Package (fiberglass roof, 60,000-BTU tankless water heater, JBL audio, flush-floor slides) and an Expedition Package (60-by-80 or 72-by-80 beds, 18,000-BTU main A/C, enclosed underbelly with 12V tank heaters, washer/dryer prep), with a 200-watt roof-solar package optional. The result is a residential-grade trailer at a mainstream price — with the identical twin nameplate to shop against on price.
02 Floorplans profiled in depth
All twelve orderable Hemisphere floorplans with published weights are profiled in full with factory-verified specifications — the complete Hyper-Lyte tier (the lightest 21RBHL center-kitchen couples' coach, the 24RBHL front-bedroom couples' coach, the 28RKHL rear-kitchen couples' coach and the 25BHHL family bunkhouse) and the complete full-Hemisphere tier (the 261FKRB and 265BSRB front-galley and front-king couples' coaches, the 275RL single-slide rear-living coach, the 308RL and 323RLI triple-slide rear-living flagships, and the 301FAM, 310BHI and 314BUD family bunkhouses). Together they span both tiers and every couples' and family layout the line offers, from a half-ton-friendly 4,883-pound coach to a 9,893-pound triple-slide family hauler. Only the deferred 305RLOK (weight not yet published) and the dealer-stock-only plans remain catalogued below.

Unloaded vehicle weights (UVW), lengths, capacities and hitch weights for profiled plans are verified against the Forest River factory floorplan records (2026 model year); GVWR is derived as UVW plus the factory cargo-carrying capacity per Forest River's own definition and is flagged on the model pages. Selling price is a representative dealer-typical figure and is flagged (*) — Forest River publishes no single fixed MSRP, dealer MSRP placards on Hemisphere run far higher (often into the $60,000s–$70,000s), and selling prices run well below them. Options affect final weights — always confirm against the unit's own weight sticker.
03 The rest of the 2026 Hemisphere range
Every orderable Hyper-Lyte and full-Hemisphere travel trailer with a published shipping weight is now profiled in depth above — all twelve. What remains here is the one deferred plan whose factory weight has not yet been published, and the dealer-stock-only floorplans. All weights are factory UVW. The Salem Hemisphere and Wildwood Heritage Glen share this roster identically; a separate Hemisphere fifth-wheel range is not listed here.

A reference list of the remaining 2026 Hemisphere travel-trailer floorplans; lengths and weights are the factory-published UVW values and configurations summarize the layout. The 305RLOK is a new floorplan whose weight is not yet published and is shown TBD (deferred, no estimate — it will be profiled once Forest River publishes a shipping weight). Dealer-stock-only plans are built to dealer order and are catalogued for completeness. Salem Hemisphere and Wildwood Heritage Glen share this roster identically; a separate Hemisphere fifth-wheel range exists and is not listed here.
04 Line notes & data flags
Construction: premium laminate with a fiberglass roof
Hemisphere trailers are built on a vacuum-laminated “Aluma Frame” sidewall and floor with block-foam insulation, topped by a WeatherShield one-piece fiberglass roof rather than the usual membrane — a residential-grade build a clear tier above the laminated Cruise Lite / X-Lite and well above the stick-and-tin FSX. Nordic Marble counters, 82-inch sidewalls and wide-stance 42-inch axles are standard. Construction figures on the model pages follow the factory feature lists.
GVWR is derived, not published — flagged throughout
Forest River's Hemisphere floorplan pages publish unloaded vehicle weight (UVW) and cargo-carrying capacity (CCC) but not GVWR. Each profiled plan's GVWR here is derived as UVW + CCC, which is Forest River's own definition (CCC = GVWR − UVW). The derived figures are shown with an asterisk; confirm against the unit's weight sticker. UVW is itself a factory estimate based on standard build.
Two tiers, regional plans & a separate fifth-wheel range
Hemisphere travel trailers are sold in two tiers (the lighter Hyper-Lyte HL plans and the heavier full-Hemisphere plans), and many of the smaller couples' plans are dealer-stock-only — the brand page itself groups them by where they are sold. A separate Hemisphere fifth-wheel range exists and is not covered on this travel-trailer hub. Profiled pages cover the base build; weigh the actual optioned trailer.
Equipment varies by plan — A/C, TV, windshield
The full-Hemisphere plans carry a standard second 13,500-BTU air conditioner, but the 261FKRB and 265BSRB do not and ship with a 40-inch TV in place of the line's 50-inch unit. The 265BSRB and 308RL are built without a front windshield by design. Side-mounted heat ducts (no floor vents) are standard except on the 323RLI. Each model page notes its plan-specific equipment.
Selling price, not MSRP
Forest River publishes no single fixed MSRP, and dealer MSRP placards on Hemisphere run far above street prices — often into the $60,000s and $70,000s — while selling prices run well below. The figures shown are representative dealer-typical selling prices and are flagged; confirm current pricing with a dealer.
