CORRECTIONS · Priority SELLS · Nothing SPONSORED PLACEMENT · Not available

There is one address, it goes to a person, and the message most worth sending is a correction. This site publishes 551 floorplan pages of transcribed numbers; the people who catch the wrong ones are usually standing next to the trailer, holding a brochure that says something else.

The address

D@fastballmedia.com — corrections, data reuse, licensing, and anything about how a figure on this site was arrived at.

01 Reporting a wrong figure

Four things turn a correction into something that can be acted on the same day. Without the fourth it becomes a research job, and research jobs queue.

The pageThe URL, or the floorplan code and line — there are floorplans whose codes repeat across brands.
The fieldWhich row, and the figure as it currently reads here.
The figure you haveWhat it should say instead.
Where yours comes fromBrochure, factory page, weight sticker, door placard — and which model year it applies to.

The model year is the part people leave out, and it is usually the whole explanation. A floorplan page here covers a code as a span rather than a single year, so a brochure figure from 2019 and a factory figure from 2024 can both be right and still disagree. When that is what happened, the page gets a year-specific note rather than a silent overwrite.

A photograph of the sticker settles almost everything

The yellow cargo-capacity placard and the VIN sticker carry the unit's own build figures. Where one of those disagrees with what is published here, the sticker wins and the page gets fixed against it.

02 Other things worth writing about

A floorplan or a line that is missingbuild queue

Coverage is built in demand order and is openly partial. There are 551 floorplan pages across 68 lines today, and a documented queue behind that. Requests do move things up it — a line nobody asks for is hard to justify ahead of one several people have.

Reusing the datalicensing

The whole catalog is published as a single machine-readable file at the dataset page, free to use with attribution. If you are building something on top of it, write — not for permission, which the licence already gives, but because knowing what the file is being used for is what keeps its fields stable.

A source we should be readingprovenance

Archived brochures are the most valuable thing anyone can point this site at. Factory pages roll to the next model year and take the old numbers with them; a model-year-matched brochure is often the only citable record left for a plan that stopped production six years ago.

03 What this site cannot answer

These are not brush-offs — they are questions where an answer from here would be worth less than no answer, which is the same standard the rest of the catalog is held to.

  • Whether your vehicle can tow a specific trailer. One truck nameplate spans thousands of pounds of capability across engine, axle ratio, cab, drivetrain and package. The binding number is on your own door jamb, and no figure emailed from here can override it.
  • What a used unit is worth. This site publishes manufacturer list prices where a manufacturer published one. It holds no transaction data and no valuation model, and inventing one would be an estimate.
  • Parts, warranty, service and recall remedies. Those belong to the manufacturer and the selling dealer, who hold the build sheet for your specific VIN.
  • Buying, selling, renting or dealer listings. Nothing here is for sale and there is no inventory behind the catalog. Advertising, sponsored placement and paid inclusion are not available at any price — that is the point of the thing.

04 What happens to what you send

Messages are read by a person, not a ticketing system, and there is no service-level promise attached to that. Corrections with a source are handled ahead of everything else because they are the only category where a delay leaves something wrong on a live page. Your address is used to reply and is not added to any list — see the privacy page, which describes what this site does and does not collect.
