01 What makes it unique
The North Point 391TBBH is on Jayco’s 2027 North Point roster. Jayco’s own floorplan page lists it at 43 ft 10 in pin to bumper, 12 ft 8 in tall (13 ft 5 in with the air conditioner) and 8 ft 6 in wide (13 ft 6 in with the slides out), sleeping up to 10.
Jayco publishes all four weights: an unloaded vehicle weight of 15,675 lb, a cargo carrying capacity of 3,325 lb and a GVWR of 19,000 lb (unloaded weight plus cargo capacity equals the GVWR exactly), with a dry hitch weight of 3,170 lb. Tanks are 75 gal fresh, 95.5 gal grey and 87 gal black.
Nearest on Jayco’s 2027 North Point roster by unloaded weight: 375TBDB (15,735 lb UVW, 3,265 lb CCC) and 395DSDB (15,350 lb UVW, 3,450 lb CCC).
How the 391TBBH differs from the other thirteen North Point floorplans. Most distinctive first. Each rank counts only the siblings that publish that field, and a figure most of them share is left out. Not every one of these pages covers the same model years as this one (2027); each figure is the one its own page prints, so a rank compares pages, not one model year.

Towing it
Check your vehicle. Enter the ratings from your owner’s manual and the door-pillar placard.
Compares your figures with this page’s published GVWR (19,000 lb) and the upper loaded pin estimate (4,750 lb, a rule of thumb). Your vehicle’s placard and the trailer’s own weight label govern.
Loaded range: 15–25% of GVWR on the pin, a rule of thumb, not a measurement of this unit. No truck ratings or hitch classes (why; NHTSA, DOT HS 809 433). The range starts at the published dry figure, because loaded is never lighter than dry.

North Point is Jayco's second luxury full-profile fifth wheel, positioned just below the flagship Pinnacle on the same 102-inch wide-body Magnum Truss XL6 platform. Every North Point rides a 12-inch steel I-beam with an 8/10-inch monster-beam drop frame, on Dexter axles with ABS, 17.5-inch 16-ply H-rated tires with SpartanLync TPMS, a MORryde CRE-3000 rubberized suspension (the flagship Pinnacle uses the heavier LRE-4000) and a MORryde rubber pin box, with six-point hydraulic auto-leveling, Stronghold VBL laminated fiberglass walls, a Magnum Truss XL6 roof, Climate Shield zero-degree insulation and an enclosed heated underbelly. The residential package is standard: a GE 21-cubic-foot 12-volt refrigerator, a GE Profile 24-inch range and 30-inch convection microwave, solid-surface counters, two 15,000-BTU Whisper Quiet air conditioners, a 40,000-BTU furnace, an on-demand tankless water heater, a central vacuum, the Overlander II solar package and JAYCOMMAND smart controls. Dry weight, GVWR, CCC and pin are the factory figures and dry weight plus CCC equals GVWR exactly on every plan. Real loaded pin weights run higher — always weigh the loaded coach and confirm against your truck's payload and rear-axle ratings.

11 NHTSA safety record
NHTSA holds 16 recall campaigns and 27 owner complaints (model years 2005 on) against the North Point line. They are counted separately: a recall is a confirmed defect with a remedy, a complaint one owner’s unverified account.
What to look at on a used one. Across the 27 complaints filed on this line the most-reported components are suspension (52%), equipment (11%) and wheels (11%).
Recall coverage here is not complete, and complaints are owners’ unverified reports (how this record is built). Check a specific VIN at NHTSA before you buy. Full tables are on the North Point line page.
