It runs three slide-outs and is a couples’ coach. The equipment is the standard North Point package: a GE 21-cubic-foot 12-volt residential refrigerator, a GE Profile 24-inch range and 30-inch convection microwave, solid-surface counters and a central vacuum, on the 102-inch wide-body chassis with Dexter axles, six-point hydraulic auto-leveling and a MORryde CRE-3000 suspension.

Jayco publishes a 17,300-pound GVWR against the 14,505-pound dry weight, leaving a 2,795-pound cargo capacity and a 2,695-pound dry pin. Two 15,000-BTU Whisper Quiet air conditioners, a 40,000-BTU furnace, an on-demand tankless water heater, the Overlander II solar package and 75/50/50-gallon fresh/grey/black tanks are standard. At a starting MSRP around $123,000, with street pricing below placard, the 365RKTS is the rear-kitchen North Point for a couple who cooks and wants a residential rear galley with abundant counter space in a mid-length luxury coach.

Across those years dry weight ranges from 14,075 lb in 2027 to 14,505 lb in 2026, a spread of 430 lb; dry pin weight ranges from 2,565 lb in 2025 to 2,695 lb in 2026, a spread of 130 lb. The factory tire size changes over the run (215/75R17.5'H' then ST215/75R17.5'J'), and the load-range letter in that code is part of the axle rating.
