The 310RLTS is the shortest and lightest North Point, built as a couples’ rear-living coach. A windowed rear living area with a tri-fold sofa and a roll-top dinette sits behind an amidships kitchen, with a king bedroom up front — the whole rig held to about 36 feet on three slide-outs. It carries the full North Point luxury package: a GE 21-cubic-foot 12-volt residential refrigerator, a GE Profile 24-inch range and 30-inch convection microwave, solid-surface counters and a central vacuum, on the 102-inch wide-body chassis with Dexter axles, six-point hydraulic auto-leveling and a MORryde CRE-3000 suspension.

Jayco publishes a 16,000-pound GVWR against the 13,375-pound dry weight, leaving a 2,625-pound cargo capacity and a 2,510-pound dry pin — the lightest in the line. Two 15,000-BTU Whisper Quiet air conditioners, a 40,000-BTU furnace, an on-demand tankless water heater, the Overlander II solar package and 75/87/50-gallon fresh/grey/black tanks are standard. At a starting MSRP around $115,000 — the least expensive North Point, with street pricing well below placard — the 310RLTS is the coach for buyers who want the luxury platform and residential kitchen in the shortest, most maneuverable full-profile body, towable behind a properly rated three-quarter-ton or one-ton truck.

Across those years GVWR ranges from 15,000 lb in 2021 to 16,000 lb in 2024, a spread of 1,000 lb; dry weight ranges from 12,150 lb in 2023 to 13,375 lb in 2026, a spread of 1,225 lb; dry pin weight ranges from 2,445 lb in 2023 to 2,610 lb in 2024, a spread of 165 lb. The factory tire size changes over the run (215/75R17.5'H' then ST215/75R17.5'J' then ST255/85R16'E'), and the load-range letter in that code is part of the axle rating.
