01 What makes it unique
The Impression 360MYR leaves Forest River's factory at 12,338 lbs dry with 3,547 lbs of cargo capacity. Forest River publishes no GVWR for this line, so the loaded rating is not quoted on this page and is not computed from the other two figures. What the cargo number covers is defined by the factory: fresh water, gear, food, batteries and every dealer-installed accessory come out of it. Fresh water is 8.3 lb per gallon, so filling the 57-gallon fresh tank spends 473 lbs of the 3,547 lbs before anything else goes in.
Forest River’s 2027 floorplan drawing for the 360MYR shows, at the front, a bath with a walk-in shower with skylight, a vanity, linen storage, shelves and a back-lit mirror, beside LP access. Mid-coach: a 72-by-80 king bed with Versa Tilt technology in a slide, a dresser with a TV prep and a docking station, a laundry room with a washer/dryer and a pull-out drying rack, and a tri-fold sofa, an entertainment center and recliners with a desk in a slide. At the rear: a kitchen across the rear with a microwave, a dishwasher, a round table, hidden storage, a pantry and a 16-cubic-foot 12-volt fridge in a slide. It draws 20-foot and 11-foot 6-inch awnings. Outside it labels unobstructed pass-through storage and a 2-inch receiver hitch. Layouts change with options; check the unit itself.
Pin weight is 1,885 lbs, 15% of the dry weight as published; it rises as the trailer is loaded and comes off the truck’s payload, not its towing rating, so check it against the payload on your own door sticker (pin weight and payload).
Off hookups: 150 gallons of grey and black capacity against 57 gallons of fresh water, so fresh water runs out first (tank sizes by length).
Against the rest of the Impression roster this is the 7th of 10 floorplans by dry weight, in a line that runs from 7,568 lbs to 13,824 lbs. It sits in the heavier third of the line.
Plan the tow on loaded weight, not the 12,338 lbs dry figure: half the published cargo capacity brings this plan to about 14,112 lbs. Forest River publishes no loaded rating for this line, so the ceiling is the one on the trailer’s own weight label (how to read trailer weights).
Forest River’s line listing and this floorplan’s own factory page agree on all 4 shared figures. No GVWR is published for this line, so dry plus cargo has no rating to check against. A missing row means Forest River does not publish that figure (how figures are verified).
Forest River publishes no written floorplan description for this plan; the layout described above is read off Forest River’s own floorplan drawing for this model year. 360MYR is an Impression designation, and this site does not decode the code itself into a layout claim.

03 The Impression floorplan family
Impression spans a wider range than most fifth-wheel lines: the lightest plan leaves the factory under 7,600 lb dry with a 1,485 lb pin, and the heaviest is a 44-foot coach. That range crosses a real towing boundary, so the plan number matters more here than the badge does. As with Vibe, Forest River publishes no GVWR for any Impression floorplan - dry weight, cargo capacity and pin weight are published, and the rating is not.
| Floorplan | Nominal | Dry weight (lb) | Cargo, CCC (lb) | Notable |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| 242RD | 30' 5" | 7,568 | 2,427 | Fifth Wheels |
| 235RW | 28' 11" | 8,073 | 3,497 | Fifth Wheels |

Impression is Forest River's mid-size to full-size fifth-wheel line, eight floorplans for 2027. Forest River publishes dry weight, cargo capacity, pin weight, all three exterior dimensions, all three tank capacities and awning size for every plan - and no GVWR for any of them, so that column is absent from this line's tables rather than computed or taken from a dealer listing. Sleeping capacity, axle count, tire size and MSRP are also not published in this channel.
04 Notes on this floorplan
What Forest River does not publish for this line
Sleeping capacity, axle count, tire size and MSRP are not in Forest River’s specification channel for Impression, so this page does not publish them and does not estimate them (how figures are verified).
There is no factory GVWR for this trailer
Forest River publishes dry weight, cargo capacity and pin weight for every Impression floorplan and publishes no GVWR for any of them. The factory's own glossary defines cargo capacity as GVWR minus UVW, which means the rating can be worked out - and a figure you worked out is not a figure the manufacturer published, so this page does not print one. Use the weight label on the trailer itself, which every Forest River unit carries.
Weigh it before you tow it
Forest River calls its unloaded weight an estimated average for a standard build, and options and dealer add-ons change it, so weigh your own trailer loaded the way you travel (how figures are verified).
05 How it compares
11,788 lbs dry against this plan's 12,338 lbs, a difference of 550 lbs.
13,824 lbs dry, 1,486 lbs more than this plan, and 3,546 lbs of cargo capacity against this one's 3,547 lbs.
3,552 lbs of cargo capacity, the highest of the 10 Impression floorplans profiled here. If payload rather than length is the binding constraint, that is the plan to compare against.
06 Loading it for a trip
A full 57-gallon fresh tank is about 473 lb of water, 13% of the 360MYR’s 3,547 lb cargo capacity, leaving 3,074 lb. Across 10 Impression floorplans the water share runs 13% to 20%, and 8 give up more than this one. Nearest on that share: Impression 301ML at 13% and Impression 44STAY at 13%.
07 Where this floorplan sits
Closest sibling: the Impression 44STAY, nearest on the published figures. It differs on 4 of the 7 fields both publish (this plan first): length 42 ft 11 in vs 44 ft 0 in; dry weight 12,338 lb vs 13,824 lb; cargo capacity 3,547 lb vs 3,546 lb; hitch weight 1,885 lb vs 2,070 lb. They match on fresh tank, grey tank and black tank.

11 NHTSA safety record
NHTSA holds 10 recall campaigns and 6 owner complaints (model years 2005 on) against the Impression line (a recall and a complaint are not the same thing).
Too few reports to show a pattern. 6 complaints have been filed on this line — not enough to say what fails most often. They cover unknown or other, electrical system and suspension.
Recall coverage here is not complete, and complaints are owners’ unverified reports (how this record is built). Check a specific VIN at NHTSA before you buy. Full tables are on the Impression line page.
