2027 Keystone Coleman Lantern28RKS

Keystone publishes three weights for the Coleman Lantern 28RKS: a shipping weight of 7,586 lb, a carrying capacity of 2,134 lb and a hitch weight of 920 lb. Those are Keystone’s own terms, and this page keeps them. Keystone does not call the first figure dry or unloaded weight, does not say the hitch figure is measured dry, and publishes no GVWR for any Coleman Lantern floorplan, so none of the three is renamed here and no loaded rating is worked out from them. The trailer’s own federal weight label, inside the door, is the document that carries its UVW, cargo capacity and GVWR.

Keystone’s 2027 floorplan drawing for the 28RKS shows, at the front, a king bed between nightstands and wardrobes, beside a shower bath with linen storage. Mid-coach: a day bed, a pantry, a 15.6-cubic-foot refrigerator and theater seating in a slide, and a booth dinette with an entertainment center with a fireplace and TV over hidden storage in a second slide. At the rear: a kitchen along the rear wall with an air fryer, a knife block and a sink. It draws two slide-outs and 9-foot and 9-foot awnings. Outside it labels an outdoor kitchen and pass-through storage. Layouts change with options; check the unit itself.

Standard on the 28RKS but not on every Coleman Lantern floorplan page Keystone publishes (8 compared): 2.6 cubic foot outside refrigerator; Day Bed; 72" slide height; Theater seating; Electric fireplace; Hidden pantry; and Extra large 30x40 shower. Marked optional: Spare tire kit.

Tank capacities are 54 gal fresh, 68 gal gray and 34 gal waste, as Keystone lists them. Fresh water weighs about 8.3 lb per US gallon, so a full fresh tank is roughly 448 lb on the road before anything else is loaded. The tire size Keystone lists is ST225/75R15E.
