The 44DBL is the household plan, and an RV Business 2025 Top Innovation award winner. The “DBL” marks two full bathrooms — a rare configuration in a luxury fifth wheel — paired with a dual-entry layout so a full household can move through the coach without crossing the living space. A front Murphy bed turns the front living area into a flexible guest room, a private front bedroom and a rear bath round out the sleeping, and a free-standing dinette is available. It rides the full Riverstone build: a 102-inch-wide fully-welded frame, tandem 8,000-pound axles and an automatic six-point hydraulic level-up system.

It is the heaviest coach in the line. Forest River lists a published 23,940-pound GVWR against a 19,271-pound dry weight — the most of any plan — leaving a 4,669-pound payload and a 2,940-pound dry pin. A 120-gallon grey tank and an 80-gallon black tank serve the two baths. Two 15,000-BTU heat-pump air conditioners, the 18-cubic-foot French-door refrigerator, a Truma AquaGo tankless water heater, a Splendide stackable washer and dryer and 200-watt solar with a 2,000-watt inverter are standard.

At a starting MSRP around $222,000, with US street pricing well below the placard, it is the household Riverstone. For a family or a couple who hosts — who wants two full baths, dual entries and a convertible Murphy-bed front room — and who tows with a one-ton truck rated for the heaviest plan in the line, the 44DBL is the line’s most household-friendly layout. Dealers list it sleeping six to eight depending on the Murphy bed and convertibles.
