Model-year pages
Some floorplans in this line have a page for each model year, because the published specification moves between years. On the 4113 the factory dry pin weight spans 350 lb across 2021–2025 and the tire size changes mid-run, so each year carries its own verified record rather than sharing one page.

01 The three rosters — measured, not assumed
Jayco files 56 Seismic URLs in its own sitemap across three separate rosters, and they are not interchangeable. Seismic is the fifth-wheel flagship and runs MY2023 to MY2027. Seismic Luxury Series sat above it and stops at MY2025 — Jayco published no later model year for it. Seismic Travel Trailer is the bumper-pull roster and appears from MY2026. Those year ranges are read out of the sitemap at build time, not typed here.
The hitch difference is the one that changes what you tow with. The two fifth-wheel rosters carry a pin weight that lands in the truck bed and counts against the truck’s payload rating; the travel-trailer roster carries a tongue weight on a ball behind the bumper. Jayco labels the row “Dry Hitch Weight” on all three, so the label is not the evidence — the fifth-wheel rosters describe their running gear around a Rota-Flex king pin, and Jayco’s own floorplan titles file the third as a travel trailer. Each table below names its own hitch column and no figure crosses between them.
Dry weight plus cargo capacity equals GVWR exactly on all 9 profiled plans — 9 exact tie-outs, zero conflicts. GVWRs run 11,700 to 21,000 lb. This site publishes no tow ratings for specific trucks — a single truck model varies by thousands of pounds by cab, bed, axle and package — so check these figures against your own vehicle’s door-jamb ratings rather than against the segment.
02 Seismic and Seismic Luxury Series — the fifth-wheel rosters
Both are fifth-wheel toy haulers and both carry a dry pin weight, shown in its own column. Pin load sits in the truck bed and comes out of the truck’s payload alongside passengers, fuel and the hitch itself — on a garage trailer it is usually what runs a three-quarter-ton truck out of capacity first. Each code links to a full plan page.

Weights are Jayco’s published base-unit figures for the model year in each heading, captured from the manufacturer’s own floorplan pages. Options change every one of them, and the federal weight sticker on the trailer governs. Seismic Luxury Series figures are never carried across to a Seismic row or the reverse.
03 Seismic Travel Trailer — the bumper-pull roster
The same garage idea on a conventional ball hitch, so it tows behind a pickup without giving up the bed. The hitch column here is a tongue weight, not a pin weight, and it behaves differently: tongue load rides the rear axle of the tow vehicle and a weight-distributing hitch redistributes it rather than removing it. Loading the garage sits weight behind the trailer’s axles and lightens the tongue, which is its own stability problem.

The last row is 286. It is on Jayco’s MY2027 floorplan index and its factory page renders Specs Coming Soon: the Specifications block begins at Measurements with no Weights table at all — no unloaded vehicle weight, no cargo capacity, no GVWR and no hitch weight, and no exterior length, exterior height or interior height either. Eleven spec rows against 21 on its siblings. That is a source fact, read off the raw captured page rather than assumed from a parser returning nothing, so there is no figure to publish and this site does not estimate one from a stablemate. It is listed so a reader who searches for it finds the answer here instead of concluding the catalogue missed it.
04 Five plans where Jayco publishes no overall exterior length
5 of the 9 profiled plans show Not published in the exterior-length row, and that row is left empty on purpose. Jayco genuinely stops publishing an Exterior Length (overall) figure for those plans — checked against the raw captured pages, not inferred from a parser returning nothing, and the 413 in the same model year still publishes one, which is what rules out a parse failure.
Jayco does publish a separate Length row, and it is a different measurement rather than the same one renamed. Where this range publishes both they disagree, and not consistently in one direction: the MY2025 3815 runs 44′ 7″ overall against a 44′ 10″ length, while the 4113 runs 46′ 1″ against 44′ 5″ — twenty inches the other way. So one is not substituted for the other.
Neither is a neighbouring model year’s figure, and this roster is a good argument for why not. The 395 published 47' 3" overall for MY2026; for MY2027 it publishes no overall length at all, and its own Length row moves 46' 11" to 45' 8" across the same two years. Carrying the MY2026 number forward would have printed a figure the factory’s own other row shows to be more than a foot out. Across the 4 codes Jayco published in both MY2026 and MY2027, a median of 8 of 18 tracked fields differ, GVWR moves on 2 of 4 and dry weight on 3 of 4.
What the plan pages do instead is publish the garage length, which Jayco gives for every one of the nine, and print the Length figure in the note where it exists so nothing is hidden. Measure the unit itself before booking a site.
05 Earlier model years, catalogued not profiled
Jayco published these rosters across the model years below. Only the year named in each table heading above is profiled with plan pages; the earlier years are recorded here so the shape of the range is visible, and their figures are never mixed into a current-year row.
| Roster | Model year | Floorplans | Codes |
|---|---|---|---|
| Seismic | MY20234 | 359, 395, 403, 405 | |
| Seismic | MY20245 | 359, 395, 399, 403, 405 | |
| Seismic | MY20255 | 359, 395, 399, 403, 413 | |
| Seismic | MY20264 | 359, 395, 399, 413 | |
| Seismic Luxury Series | MY20233 | 3512, 3815, 4113 | |
| Seismic Luxury Series | MY20243 | 3512, 3815, 4113 | |
| Seismic Travel Trailer | MY20262 | 214, 265 |
Counts are Jayco’s own floorplan URLs for each roster and model year, read off the manufacturer’s sitemap. A code appearing in two years is not evidence that the trailer is unchanged — measured on this range, most of the tracked fields move.
06 What this record does not cover
Jayco’s factory spec table for these rosters carries no slide count, no bed size, no refrigerator or air-conditioner specification, no axle count and no MSRP. Those rows are absent from the plan pages rather than filled in from a sibling floorplan or a second publisher. Tire size and garage length are published and are printed.
Recalls and owner complaints are swept for this line. Seismic was added to this site’s NHTSA roster in August 2026 and both complete recall flat files and the complete complaint flat file were read for it end to end, so the recall and owner-complaint sections below carry measured counts rather than an absence of work. One exclusion, stated rather than left silent: NHTSA also files a small number of rows under the badge Seismic Wave, which these three rosters do not cover. Measured, those rows reach no recall campaign the plain Seismic spelling already reaches, and one owner complaint, which is not counted here. A digest keyed to a model name cannot see a campaign filed against a component supplier, so check NHTSA directly by VIN before buying.
