2026 KeystoneColeman 13B

The smallest Coleman — a 16-foot single-axle trailer light enough for many smaller SUVs, that still squeezes in bunks for the kids, making it the rare ultra-compact trailer that genuinely sleeps a family of four.

01 What makes it unique

The Coleman 13B is the smallest trailer in the line and one of the most towable conventional trailers on the market — under 16 feet long, 2,526 pounds dry, and 352 pounds on the hitch, which puts it within reach of many mid-size SUVs and crossovers. It was added to the lineup to do something most ultra-compact trailers can't: sleep a family. Despite the tiny footprint, the 13B keeps a set of bunks alongside the convertible front dinette, so it sleeps four where most trailers this size sleep two.

It's a Keystone-built value trailer, which means a conventional stick-built body on an I-beam steel frame with stamped-steel cross-members and outriggers, a walkable roof, and a one-piece heated and enclosed underbelly — the construction features Keystone leads with. Inside the 78-inch-tall cabin are blackout night shades, an electric fireplace on select builds, a stainless sink, and a wet-weather-friendly flush floor. A power awning and quick-drop stabilizer jacks make setup fast, and a Furrion backup-camera prep helps with parking.

The trade for the small size and low price is capacity: a 28-gallon fresh tank and a single axle are appropriate to the footprint, and there are no off-grid systems — this is a shore-power value trailer, not a boondocker. But for first-time buyers, grandparents hauling grandkids, or anyone with a modest tow vehicle who still needs four berths, the 13B is among the most affordable and practical ways onto the road.

04 What owners & reviewers report

Sleeps four at 16 feet

The 13B keeps bunks despite its ultra-compact size — the main reason families with small tow vehicles choose it over a two-berth trailer of the same length.

Very towable

At 2,526 lb dry with a 352 lb tongue, it's within range of many mid-size SUVs and crossovers — a genuine entry point to RV ownership.

Small tanks, no off-grid

A 28-gallon fresh tank, a single axle, and no standard solar suit short hookup-camping trips, not extended boondocking.

Price not separately published

Keystone lists the 13B's MSRP through dealers rather than a fixed figure; the value shown is approximate and should be confirmed with a dealer.
