01 What makes the 2025 319MLOK different

The Eagle 319MLOK sits in the full-size tier of Jayco's Eagle fifth wheels, above the lighter Eagle HT and below the luxury North Point and Pinnacle coaches. This page covers one model year of it — the 2025 319MLOK, exactly as Jayco published it — because the numbers that decide whether your truck can pull this trailer are not the same from one year to the next. Jayco publishes it at 8' 1" wide closed and 13' 1" with the slide-outs run out for the 2025 model year, which is the measurement that matters for a site pitch as well as for the road.

For the 2025 model year Jayco published a 13,300-pound GVWR on a 11,030-pound dry weight, 2,270 pounds of published cargo capacity, a 2,255-pound dry pin weight. Check the loaded pin against the truck's payload and rear-axle ratings rather than against the tow rating alone. The 2025 coach left the factory on ST235/85R16'E' tyres; the load range in that code is part of the axle rating and a replacement set has to match it.

Against the 2024 build of the same floorplan, 6 published fields moved. The full comparison is in section 02, and it is drawn from two separate verified factory records rather than from one record and an assumption about the other.

A 2025 coach is close to current as of 2026, but section 05 still applies: check it against its build date rather than its model year. Jayco commonly builds a model year well before the calendar year turns, and the tyre date codes have to be read against the build month, not the badge.

How the 319MLOK differs from the other 51 Eagle fifth wheels. Most distinctive first. Sibling pages may cover other model years than this one (2019–2025). How these ranks are worked out.

  • Exterior height, 12 ft 8 in: tallest of 35, level with the 317RLOK, 321RSTS and 367TBTS; next are the 325MKTS, 335LSTS and three others (12 ft 7 in).
  • Dry pin weight, 2,255 lb: eighth-heaviest of 52, between the 317RLOK (2,235 lb) and the 370FBTS (2,355 lb).
  • Dry pin weight as a share of dry weight, 20.4%: eighth-largest of 52, between the 28RKS and 31QBH (20.3%) and the 27MLC (20.5%).

Specifications by model year

This floorplan has a published factory record for 7 model years here, 2019 to 2025. The specification does not hold still: GVWR runs from 12,995 lb (2019) to 13,300 lb (2025); dry weight runs from 10,710 lb (2019) to 11,170 lb (2022); dry pin weight runs from 1,935 lb (2020) to 2,255 lb (2025). The published sleeping capacity changes across the years: 4 - 6 in 2019–2020, 4-6 in 2021, 3-4 in 2022, up to 6 in 2023–2024, up to 4 in 2025. Each year’s complete record is printed separately below, carrying only that year’s own published figures and source. Nothing is copied across from a neighbouring year.

Every row is that model year’s own record from Jayco’s model page or factory brochure for that year, as the source line for each year names. The figures in the tow-critical placard at the top of this page are the 2025 record from the source this catalogue originally profiled. On the weights, overall length and tire size, that record and Jayco’s own 2025 model page agree on every field both of them publish. Exterior height is not compared: Jayco publishes a bare height, a with-A/C height and a with-2nd-A/C height, and the single height row carried here cannot be matched to one of them, so no claim is made either way.

What changed for the 2019 model year

2019 is the earliest model year of the 319MLOK on this site, so there is no earlier record to set it against. Section 01 compares it with 2020.

Source for 2019. Specifications reflect the 2019 model year as published by Jayco on its own 2019 factory brochure for this product line, and are dry factory figures for a base unit. Options, dealer-installed equipment and cargo all add weight. A fifth wheel puts its pin load through the tow vehicle's rear axle, so the loaded pin must be checked against the truck's payload, rear-axle and hitch ratings, not against its tow rating. Dry weight plus cargo capacity ties out exactly to the published GVWR for this model year. CamperTrailers.com publishes verified manufacturer data and is not affiliated with Jayco, Inc.

Federal tire recalls naming this size. NHTSA’s recall file names ST235/85R16 in one tire recall: 21T018000 (Sailun Tire Americas, Inc., 2021; make SAILUN; models BLACKHAWK, BLACKLION, IRONHEAD, ROADX, SAILUN). A tire recall covers only the brands, lines and DOT date codes it lists, and this page does not know which brand of tire this trailer was built with, so read the brand and DOT code on your own sidewalls before relying on this list. Only 242 of NHTSA’s 788 tire recalls name a size in their summary, so a size with no match is not a clean record (NHTSA recall file, read 12 Oct 2026).

Source for 2025. Specifications reflect the 2025 model year as published by Jayco on its own 2025 model page for this floorplan, and are dry factory figures for a base unit.

How these published figures sit against the rest of the catalogue: fifth wheel pin weight and payload; fresh, grey and black tank sizes; camper trailer size chart.

Loaded pin weight, rule of thumb2,255–3,325 lb
In-bed fifth-wheel hitch rating needed13,300 lb towed / 3,325 lb pin
Payload check. Budget loaded, not dry: subtract the loaded range, every passenger and the bed and cab load from the payload on your tow vehicle’s door-pillar placard (49 CFR 571.110 S4.3).

Check your vehicle. Enter the ratings from your owner’s manual and the door-pillar placard.

Compares your figures with this page’s published GVWR (13,300 lb) and the upper loaded pin estimate (3,325 lb, a rule of thumb). Your vehicle’s placard and the trailer’s own weight label govern.

Loaded range: 15–25% of GVWR on the pin, a rule of thumb, not a measurement of this unit. No truck ratings or hitch classes (why; NHTSA, DOT HS 809 433). The range starts at the published dry figure, because loaded is never lighter than dry.

03 What changed for the 2025 model year

Jayco changed 6 of the published fields between the 2024 and 2025 319MLOK. Every figure in both columns is that model year's own factory record — nothing here is carried across from the other year.

Every row is that model year's own factory record, and each year links to its own page. The fuller table at the top of this page adds cargo capacity and names any model year that is deliberately not published here.

GVWR changed for 2025

GVWR was 12,995 for 2024 and is 13,300 for 2025 (+305 lb). Both figures are the manufacturer's own for their year.

Dry pin weight changed for 2025

Dry pin weight was 2,145 for 2024 and is 2,255 for 2025 (+110 lb). Both figures are the manufacturer's own for their year.

Sleeps changed for 2025

Sleeps was up to 6 for 2024 and is up to 4 for 2025. Both figures are the manufacturer's own for their year.

Where these numbers come from

Every figure on this page is read from Jayco's own 2025 model page for the 319MLOK — one source, one model year, no blending. The all-years parent page additionally holds a figure from a second publisher for some fields and publishes both where they disagree, without picking a winner. If the two pages differ on a weight, that is the disclosure working, not an error.

Fields Jayco does not publish for 2025

For this model year the factory record omits: Furnace, Auto-ignition (BTU output). Those rows read “Not published” on this page. They are deliberately not filled in from an adjacent model year — a neighbouring year's figure is an inference about this one, not a measurement of it.

04 Buying a 2025 319MLOK at 1 model years old

Tyres are the first thing to age out

RV tyres are usually replaced on age rather than tread, at roughly five to seven years from the DOT date code on the sidewall. On a 1-year-old coach the originals (ST235/85R16'E') may still be fitted — read the four-digit date code, not the tread.

Roof and seam sealant is on a service interval

Laminated-wall fifth wheels rely on sealant at every roof penetration and along the front cap. Inspection is typically annual and re-sealing every few years; ask for the service records rather than assuming.

Weigh it before you tow it

Every weight on this page is a DRY factory figure for the 2025 model year. A used coach carries its previous owner's additions, and a fifth wheel puts roughly 15-25% of the load through the truck's rear axle. Weigh the loaded rig at a public scale and check it against the truck's payload, rear-axle and hitch ratings.

06 Loading it for a trip

A full 81-gallon fresh tank is about 672 lb of water (water counts as cargo: 49 CFR 571.120 S10.4.2), 30% of the 319MLOK’s 2,270 lb cargo capacity, leaving 1,598 lb (399 lb per rated berth). Across 52 Eagle fifth-wheel floorplans the water share runs 16% to 34%, and 16 give up more than this one. Nearest on that share: Eagle 28BHU at 29% and Eagle 365UKTS at 30%. Your own unit’s figure is on the label inside its entry door (49 CFR 571.120 S10.4.3).

11 NHTSA safety record

NHTSA holds 43 recall campaigns and 79 owner complaints (model years 2005 on) against the Eagle line (a recall and a complaint are not the same thing).

What to look at on a used one. Across the 79 complaints filed on this line the most-reported components are structure (23%), tires (19%) and equipment (15%).

Recall coverage here is not complete, and complaints are owners’ unverified reports (how this record is built). Check a specific VIN at NHTSA before you buy. Full tables are on the Eagle line page.
