01 What Paradigm is

Paradigm is Alliance RV's luxury full-profile fifth wheel — the coach the company launched with in the fall of 2019 and still its flagship. Alliance is an independent, privately held towable maker in Elkhart, Indiana, founded by brothers Coley and Ryan Brady and known for designing to owner feedback rather than to a corporate parent; it is not part of Thor, Forest River or Winnebago. Paradigm plays in luxury full-profile fifth-wheel territory, cross-shopping Grand Design's Solitude, Keystone's Montana, Jayco's Pinnacle and fellow independent Brinkley — residential layouts for full-timers and serious travelers towing a properly rated three-quarter-ton or one-ton truck.

The build is genuine luxury-tier. Every Paradigm rides the Benchmark 101-inch wide-body drop-frame chassis on Curt 8,000-pound axles with self-adjusting brakes, H-rated tires, Counteract balancing beads and a 16-inch spare, with a Helux coil-spring pin box, a 2-inch rear accessory receiver and six-point hydraulic leveling; a MorRyde 8K independent suspension with disc brakes is available in place of the standard TCS Touring Coil Suspension. The body is Azdel-backed high-gloss fiberglass with an insulated laminated rear wall and a painted fiberglass front cap, under a walkable PVC roof membrane with a ladder and rooftop access ports, over an enclosed and heated underbelly with heated low-point drains.

The systems and interior package matches the tier. A 19-cubic-foot 12-volt residential refrigerator, a Lusso range with a 12,000-BTU burner and a 3.73-cubic-foot oven, a king bed, a fireplace with a 5,100-BTU space heater and a one-piece fiberglass residential shower come standard, alongside three roof air conditioners totalling 40,500 BTU, a 40,000-BTU furnace, a 12-gallon gas/electric water heater and a 400-watt solar panel with a 30-amp charge controller (a larger Super Solar Plus package with three 400-watt panels is available). For 2026 the line runs to ten floorplans; the six broadest-appeal layouts are profiled in depth below, and the remaining four are catalogued from published specifications. The 388SP, with a fold-down side patio deck, and the front-living 385FL headline the range.

02 Floorplans profiled in depth

Six broad-appeal 2026 floorplans are profiled in full with RVUSA-verified specifications, spanning the line from the shortest mid-kitchen coach to the new side-patio flagship: a mid-ship kitchen, a rear living great room, the namesake rear den, a residential rear kitchen, a front-living loft plan and the side-patio 388SP.

Body specifications (lengths, heights, payload, tanks, sleeping, slides and awnings) are verified against the RVUSA structured records for the 2026 Paradigm roster. Dry weight (UVW), GVWR, payload (CCC) and pin (hitch) weight are published per plan, and for every plan the base dry weight plus payload equals the GVWR exactly — so all weight figures are shown unflagged with no derivation. Every plan rides the Benchmark 101-inch wide-body chassis on Curt 8,000-pound axles. MSRP figures are starting MSRP; dealer (street) pricing runs well below placard. Sleeps figures are dealer-typical. Real loaded pin weights run higher — weigh the loaded coach and confirm against your truck's payload and rear-axle ratings.

03 Also in the 2026 line

Four further 2026 Paradigm floorplans are catalogued here from published specifications but not yet profiled in depth. All four publish GVWR per plan with dry weight plus CCC equal to GVWR exactly, the same as the profiled plans, and ride the same Benchmark 101-inch wide-body chassis.

Catalogued weights are verified against the RVUSA structured records for the 2026 Paradigm roster; dry weight plus payload equals GVWR exactly on each. These plans are documented for reference and their full floorplan profiles are planned but not yet published.

04 How to choose

The Paradigm line sorts by where the living space goes and how much length and pin your truck can carry. For the shortest, most maneuverable luxury coach, the 295MK puts the kitchen amidships between a rear living area and a front king, keeping the whole rig to just over 33 feet on the line's lightest 2,350-pound pin — the easiest Paradigm to match to a three-quarter-ton truck. The 310RL steps up to a windowed rear living great room with a walk-around island under 35 feet. Both are couples' coaches sleeping four.

For more space and flexibility, the mid-line plans open up. The 375RD — the layout the line is named for — puts a configurable rear den/office behind a mid living area and a front king, on five slides; the 382RK runs a residential rear kitchen across the back wall and sleeps six; and the 385FL raises a front living room with a loft over the hitch, also on five slides and sleeping six. These are one-ton coaches on 18,000- to 19,000-pound GVWRs. At the top of the range, the new-for-2026 388SP adds a fold-down side patio deck off the living area — the priciest and heaviest Paradigm, with the highest 3,112-pound pin.

Across all of them the build is identical: the Benchmark 101-inch wide-body drop-frame chassis, Curt 8,000-pound axles with self-adjusting brakes, six-point hydraulic leveling, the enclosed and heated underbelly, the walkable PVC roof, the 19-cubic-foot 12-volt refrigerator, the Lusso range, three air conditioners totalling 40,500 BTU and the 400-watt solar. The decision is layout, length, weight and pin — not equipment level.

05 What to weigh before buying

This is a luxury full-profile fifth wheel from an independent maker

Paradigm is Alliance RV's luxury flagship, and it competes with the luxury full-profile fifth wheels rather than the mainstream tier — Grand Design's Solitude, Keystone's Montana, Jayco's Pinnacle and fellow independent Brinkley. Its case is a genuinely luxury-tier chassis (a 101-inch wide-body drop-frame on 8,000-pound axles with a coil-spring pin box and six-point leveling) plus a strong standard package, from an owner-driven independent company that has grown fast since 2019. Because Alliance is independent — not part of Thor, Forest River or Winnebago — its lineup is smaller and its dealer network more concentrated than the majors; check dealer coverage and parts support in your region as part of the cross-shop. Within Alliance, Paradigm sits above the mid-profile Avenue fifth wheel and the Delta travel-trailer line.

Three A/C, 8K axles and a 12V residential fridge are standard

The standard equipment is strong even for the luxury tier. Every 2026 Paradigm ships with three roof air conditioners totalling 40,500 BTU rather than one or two, on Curt 8,000-pound axles rather than the 7,000-pound axles common a tier down, with a 19-cubic-foot 12-volt residential refrigerator that runs off battery and the standard 400-watt solar, a Lusso range, six-point hydraulic leveling, a walkable PVC roof and an enclosed heated underbelly. That makes the coach well cooled and largely off-grid-ready out of the box — worth factoring into any cross-shop against a comparably equipped Solitude or Montana, where a third air conditioner, larger solar or the heavier axle package can be upcharges.

Match the truck honestly — these are heavy full-profile coaches

Paradigm is a full-size luxury fifth wheel, and it is heavy. The profiled plans run from 12,567 to 15,528 pounds dry on GVWRs of 16,000 to 19,000 pounds, all on Curt 8,000-pound axles. Dry pins run from 2,350 pounds on the 295MK to 3,112 pounds on the 388SP — and real loaded pins run higher. The truck's payload and rear-axle rating, not just the hitch, are what matter, and the 18,000-to-19,000-pound plans are firmly one-ton territory. Treat brochure pin weights as a floor, weigh the loaded coach, and confirm against your truck's door-jamb ratings before buying.
