01 What makes it unique
The 39MBR is the top of the Avenue range: a ‘MBR’ mid-bedroom plan that puts a dedicated bedroom suite amidships, opening on four slide-outs — the most in the line — in a 41-foot-11 body, sleeping five. It is the heaviest Avenue at 13,400 pounds dry and carries the highest pin, the widest-opening main level in the range and the most residential feel Avenue offers short of stepping up to the luxury Paradigm.
The build is the full Avenue package: 101-inch wide-body construction with Azdel composite sidewalls inside and out, a PVC lifetime-warranty roof, a 16-cubic-foot 12-volt refrigerator, Alliance’s industry-leading tanks, the Performance Running Gear package and the OTG 400-watt solar package, with a king bed and up to three 13,500-BTU air conditioners available on the regular trim. Alliance publishes a 15,995-pound GVWR against the 13,400-pound dry weight — the heaviest dry weight in the line — leaving a 2,595-pound cargo capacity, the tightest in the profiled group, and a 2,486-pound dry pin, the highest in the range, with 98/106/53-gallon tanks. At a starting MSRP around $104,000, with street pricing below placard, the 39MBR is the four-slide flagship Avenue for buyers who want the most open, residential mid-profile coach in the line, towed with a properly rated one-ton truck.

03 The Avenue floorplan family
Avenue is Alliance RV's mid-profile fifth wheel — the residential fifth-wheel idea from the luxury Paradigm a step down in height, weight and price, and a cross-shop against Grand Design's Reflection, Keystone's Cougar and Jayco's Eagle. The 2026 line runs to nine floorplans; the six profiled in full are linked below and the three catalogued plans are shown muted. The 39MBR on this page is highlighted.
| Floorplan | Nominal | Sleeps | Notable |
|---|---|---|---|
| 28BH | 32 ft | 6 | Bunkhouse, dual entry, lightest in line |

| 33RKS | 34 ft | 4 | Rear kitchen, biggest cargo of its pair |
| 32RLS | 34 ft | 4 | Rear living, three slides |
| 35RKS | 36 ft | 6 | Rear kitchen, sleeps six |
| 332RL | 37 ft | 4 | Rear living (lighter tier) |
| 333BH | 38 ft | 4 | Bunkhouse (lighter tier) |
| 38DBL | 41 ft | 5 | Double/bunk, dual entry, sleeps five |
| 39MBR | 41 ft | 5 | Mid-bedroom, four slides, heaviest |
Avenue is Alliance RV's mid-profile fifth wheel — the residential fifth-wheel idea from the luxury Paradigm a step down in height, weight and price. The 2026 line runs to nine floorplans; the six broadest-appeal layouts are profiled here in full and the remaining three are catalogued from published specifications below. Every Avenue is 101-inch wide-body construction with Azdel composite sidewalls inside and out, a PVC roof with a lifetime warranty, a 16-cubic-foot 12-volt refrigerator (the lighter 28BH carries a 10-cubic-foot unit), Alliance's industry-leading tank sizes, the Performance Running Gear package and an OTG solar package with a 400-watt panel and a 40-amp MPPT controller; a second and third 13,500-BTU air conditioner and a king bed are standard on the regular trim, and a lighter Avenue All-Access value trim (single air conditioner, 200-watt solar, no standard king) is offered alongside it. Hitch weight, GVWR, dry weight and CCC are published per plan and each plan's dry weight plus CCC equals its GVWR exactly. Dry weight is a factory estimate; real loaded pin weights run higher — always weigh the loaded coach and confirm against your truck's payload and rear-axle ratings.
04 What owners & reviewers report
Mid-bedroom suite, four slides
An ‘MBR’ dedicated bedroom amidships on four slide-outs — the widest-opening main level and most residential Avenue layout.
Heaviest Avenue, highest pin
At 13,400 pounds dry and a 2,486-pound pin it is the heaviest plan in the line with the highest pin — watch the tow rating closely.
Tightest cargo margin in the profiled group
Its 2,595-pound CCC is the smallest of the profiled plans — load thoughtfully against the four-slide layout’s weight.
Match a one-ton truck
A 15,995-pound-GVWR fifth wheel with a 2,486-pound pin — confirm a properly rated one-ton truck’s payload and rear-axle rating.
05 How it compares
The luxury full-profile Paradigm — a taller, heavier residential coach on 8,000-pound axles for buyers stepping up from mid-profile.
The top mid-profile fifth wheels — the widest-opening, most residential layouts in the tier.
The other 42-foot Avenue — a dual-entry double/bunk family layout instead of the mid-bedroom suite.
