01 What makes it unique
Alliance RV’s 2026 Delta brochure prints a dry weight of 3,990 lb and a GVWR of 4,850 lb for the RB152, with a tongue weight of 580 lb. The brochure prints no cargo carrying capacity, so none is shown here, and none is worked out by subtracting one published figure from the other. The trailer’s own federal weight label, inside the door, carries its cargo capacity as built.
Alliance lists it under Delta’s Solo travel trailers in that brochure, at 19' 11" long, with 45 gal fresh, 45 gal grey and 37 gal black tanks. Fresh water weighs about 8.3 lb per US gallon, so a full fresh tank adds roughly 374 lb before anything else is loaded.
Among the 14 Delta floorplans whose dry weight Alliance’s 2026 brochure prints, it is number 1 by dry weight, in a range from 3,990 lb to 8,253 lb. Every figure in that comparison comes from the same brochure, for the same model year.
Every number on this page is read from Alliance RV’s 2026 Delta brochure (marked “New for 2026”, print date 19 September 2025). Alliance does not print exterior height or width, sleeping capacity or tire size against this floorplan there, so those rows read as not published.
How the RB152 differs from the other fourteen Delta floorplans. Most distinctive first. How these ranks are worked out.
- Dry weight, 3,990 lb: lightest of fourteen; next is the ML206 (4,992 lb).
- GVWR, 4,850 lb: lowest of fifteen; next is the BH181 (5,650 lb).
- Tongue weight as a share of dry weight, 14.5%: largest of fourteen; next is the ML226 (12.9%).
- Length, 19 ft 11 in: shortest of fifteen; next is the BH181 (22 ft 11 in).
- Tongue weight, 580 lb: second-lightest of fourteen, between the ML206 (568 lb) and the RK234 (616 lb).
- Black tank, 37 gal: smallest of fifteen, level with the BH181; next are the 252RL, 262RB and eleven others (45 gal).
- Grey tank, 45 gal: smallest of fifteen, level with the BH181, ML206 and ML226; next are the BH241 and RK234 (74 gal).
Next to the ML206, the nearest heavier floorplan by dry weight, the RB152 is 1,002 lb lighter by dry weight, has a GVWR 2,600 lb lower, has a tongue weight 12 lb heavier, is 4 ft shorter and has a black tank 8 gal smaller; the two publish the same fresh tank and grey tank.

Towing it
Check your vehicle. Enter the ratings from your owner’s manual and the door-pillar placard.
Compares your figures with this page’s published GVWR (4,850 lb) and the upper loaded tongue estimate (728 lb, a rule of thumb). Your vehicle’s placard and the trailer’s own weight label govern.
Loaded range: 10–15% of GVWR on the tongue, a rule of thumb, not a measurement of this unit. No truck ratings or hitch classes (why; NHTSA, DOT HS 809 433). The range starts at the published figure, because loaded is never lighter than that.

04 Notes on this floorplan
What Alliance RV does not publish for the RB152
No cargo carrying capacity, exterior height or width, sleeping capacity or tire size is printed against this floorplan in Alliance’s 2026 brochure, so those rows read as not published. Nothing is filled from a sibling floorplan, a different model year or a dealer listing.
Read the label on the trailer
Federal rules put a load-carrying label inside every RV trailer: its unloaded weight with full propane, its cargo carrying capacity and its GVWR (49 CFR 571.110 and 571.120). Those figures come from the trailer itself and govern the towing decision.
05 How it compares
4,992 lb dry and 7,450 lb GVWR, against this plan’s 3,990 lb and 4,850 lb.

11 NHTSA safety record
NHTSA holds 1 recall campaign and 2 owner complaints (model years 2005 on) against the Delta line (a recall and a complaint are not the same thing).
Too few reports to show a pattern. 2 complaints have been filed on this line — not enough to say what fails most often. They cover equipment and unknown or other.
Recall coverage here is not complete, and complaints are owners’ unverified reports (how this record is built). Check a specific VIN at NHTSA before you buy. Full tables are on the Delta line page.
