The 373RD is the plan most people picture when they picture a High Country. A separated rear living room sits up a step from the main floor, with power theater seating, two hide-a-bed sofas, a fireplace and a 50-inch TV — a genuine second living space rather than a rear wall of windows. Ahead of it is a residential kitchen with a three-burner glass-top range, a coffee station and a residential refrigerator; a king bedroom and a coat closet fill the front. It runs four slide-outs in a 41-foot-4-inch body that sleeps eight, with a residential 30-by-48-inch shower, on 7,000-pound Dexter Gladiator axles, a MORryde CRE-3000 suspension, Ground Control six-point electric auto-leveling and a 12-inch I-beam.

Published figures put the dry weight at 13,399 pounds and the dry pin at 2,780, and adding the 3,381-pound cargo capacity gives a 16,780-pound GVWR. A single 15,000-BTU Coleman Mach Quiet Series air conditioner with a heat pump, a 35,000-BTU furnace, an on-demand tankless water heater and 75/87/48-gallon fresh/grey/black tanks are standard.
