2026 No Boundaries NB20.4

The No Boundaries NB20.4 pairs a versatile Murphy bed with a slide-out for a livable 24-foot couples’ coach. A queen Murphy bed folds up into a sofa by day, turning the front into living space, while a slide-out dinette widens the interior at camp and adds a second convertible berth. An L-shaped kitchen with bar seating, a 12V refrigerator and an air-fryer microwave handles meals, and a rear full bath sits at the back. A standard outdoor kitchen and a 16-foot electric awning extend living space outdoors. Nominal capacity is four. The Murphy bed has to be made up and stowed daily — the trade for an open, sofa-fronted living area and a slide in a sub-25-foot trailer.

At 4,938 pounds unloaded and 24 feet 4 inches, the NB20.4 is a comfortable half-ton tow, with a published 6,438-pound GVWR leaving a healthy 1,500 pounds of cargo capacity. Forest River publishes that GVWR directly (it equals the 4,938-pound unloaded weight plus the 1,500-pound cargo capacity exactly). It steps the fresh and grey tanks up to 40 gallons each (the black stays at 30) for longer stretches between hookups, and rides on a tandem axle. Standard equipment is the mandatory C-Series package: a 12V refrigerator, an air-fryer microwave, a 15,000-BTU air conditioner, an on-demand tankless water heater, a 200-watt solar panel with a 30-amp controller and inverter prep, a central vacuum, a power tongue jack and all-terrain tires with TPMS.

Construction is the No Boundaries laminate recipe — Azdel composite panels over an aluminum frame, a block-foam-insulated aluminum floor, a sealed and heated underbelly with a radiant foil barrier and 12V tank pads, and a fiberglass front cap with LED lighting — the same construction tier as Forest River’s r·pod and a step above the metal-sided value lines. An optional Beast Mode package adds an independent suspension, 400 watts of solar and a 2,000-watt inverter. For a couple that wants the open floor of a Murphy bed, a slide-out living area, bigger tanks and a real awning at an easy half-ton tow weight, the NB20.4 is one of the most flexible compact plans in the line.
