The No Boundaries NB20.9 is the largest travel trailer in the line, a full family bunkhouse with a genuinely separate front bedroom. A private front queen bedroom with dual wardrobes sits up front, a central kitchen with a large refrigerator and an air-fryer microwave handles meals, a slide-out booth dinette opens the living area, and rear double-size bunks across the back sleep the kids. A walk-through pass-through bath connects the living space to the rear, and two entry doors make a busy family camp easier to move through. A standard outdoor kitchen and a 21-foot electric awning — the longest in the line — extend living space outdoors. With the front queen, the bunks and the convertible dinette, nominal capacity is six to eight, with a fixed bedroom rather than a Murphy bed.

At 6,353 pounds unloaded and 32 feet 11 inches, the NB20.9 is a tow for a capable half-ton or larger truck, and its hitch weight of 965 pounds is the heaviest in the line — set up weight distribution and confirm your truck’s tongue rating. A published 7,853-pound GVWR leaves 1,500 pounds of cargo capacity. Forest River publishes that GVWR directly (it equals the 6,353-pound unloaded weight plus the 1,500-pound cargo capacity exactly). It carries 40-gallon fresh and grey tanks (the black stays at 30) and rides on a tandem axle. Standard equipment is the mandatory C-Series package: a 12V refrigerator, an air-fryer microwave, a 15,000-BTU air conditioner, a 2,000-watt inverter, an on-demand tankless water heater, a 200-watt solar panel with a 30-amp controller, a central vacuum, a power tongue jack and all-terrain tires with TPMS. A 50-amp service with prep for a second air conditioner and a 13.5K bedroom A/C are available options.

Construction is the No Boundaries laminate recipe — Azdel composite panels over an aluminum frame, a block-foam-insulated aluminum floor, a sealed and heated underbelly with a radiant foil barrier and 12V tank pads, and a fiberglass front cap with LED lighting — the same construction tier as Forest River’s r·pod and a step above the metal-sided value lines. An optional Beast Mode package adds an independent suspension, 400 watts of solar and a 2,000-watt inverter. For a family that wants a separate front bedroom rather than a Murphy bed, real rear bunks, dual entries and the most living space in the line, the NB20.9 is the top of the No Boundaries travel-trailer range.

A nose-heavy dry figure eats truck payload directly, so budget the hitch load against your door-jamb sticker rather than against the tow rating.

Nothing above changes the ceiling. Loaded to its 7,853-pound GVWR the NB20.9 is towing 1,500 pounds more than its 6,353-pound dry figure, and that is the number your vehicle has to be rated for — not the brochure weight.

Tank balance is generous here: 40 gallons of fresh against 40 grey and 30 black, so waste capacity keeps pace with supply and the fresh tank is the constraint that ends a dry stay.
