The No Boundaries NB20.7 is a spacious front-bedroom couples’ coach with a separate private bedroom and a slide-widened living area. A private front queen bedroom with dual wardrobes sits up front, a walk-through (pass-through) bath connects it to the living space, a tri-fold sofa slide-out widens the interior at camp, and a booth dinette and a kitchen with an air-fryer microwave, a refrigerator and a pantry handle dining and meals. Two entry doors ease moving through the trailer. A standard outdoor kitchen and a 19-foot electric awning extend living space outdoors. With the tri-fold sofa and the convertible dinette, nominal capacity is four — a roomy couples’ coach with a fixed bedroom and the option of theater seating in place of the tri-fold.

At 5,623 pounds unloaded and 29 feet, the NB20.7 is a tow for a strong half-ton or larger truck, with a published 7,123-pound GVWR leaving a healthy 1,500 pounds of cargo capacity. Forest River publishes that GVWR directly (it equals the 5,623-pound unloaded weight plus the 1,500-pound cargo capacity exactly). It carries 40-gallon fresh and grey tanks (the black stays at 30) and rides on a tandem axle. Standard equipment is the mandatory C-Series package: a 12V refrigerator, an air-fryer microwave, a 15,000-BTU air conditioner, an on-demand tankless water heater, a 200-watt solar panel with a 30-amp controller and inverter prep, a central vacuum, a power tongue jack and all-terrain tires with TPMS. A 50-amp service with prep for a second air conditioner and a 13.5K bedroom A/C are available options.

Construction is the No Boundaries laminate recipe — Azdel composite panels over an aluminum frame, a block-foam-insulated aluminum floor, a sealed and heated underbelly with a radiant foil barrier and 12V tank pads, and a fiberglass front cap with LED lighting — the same construction tier as Forest River’s r·pod and a step above the metal-sided value lines. An optional Beast Mode package adds an independent suspension, 400 watts of solar and a 2,000-watt inverter. For a couple that wants a genuinely separate front bedroom, a slide-widened living area, dual entries and the option of theater seating — without bunks — the NB20.7 is one of the most livable front-bedroom plans in the line.

The published dry tongue weight of 790 pounds is 14% of the 5,623-pound dry weight, which sits inside the 10–15% band usually quoted for stable towing. It is still a dry figure: loading the front pass-through and the fresh tank both push it up.

Nothing above changes the ceiling. Loaded to its 7,123-pound GVWR the NB20.7 is towing 1,500 pounds more than its 5,623-pound dry figure, and that is the number your vehicle has to be rated for — not the brochure weight.

Tank balance is generous here: 40 gallons of fresh against 40 grey and 30 black, so waste capacity keeps pace with supply and the fresh tank is the constraint that ends a dry stay.

Ranked by GVWR, the NB20.7 sits 14 of 17 in the Forest River No Boundaries line: 7,123 pounds against a line that runs from 4,855 to 8,253 pounds. That position is the useful thing to know, because the plans immediately either side of it are the real alternatives.
