The 36FBTS puts a full ‘FB’ master bath up front, off the raised king bedroom over the hitch, with the living area at the rear and the kitchen amidships — a layout that gives the bedroom suite its own private bath and a rear lounge with a fireplace. It runs three slide-outs and sleeps four. The equipment is the standard Pinnacle package: a GE 21-cubic-foot 12-volt residential refrigerator, a GE Profile 24-inch range and 30-inch convection microwave, solid-surface counters and a king bed, on the 102-inch wide-body chassis with Dexter axles, six-point hydraulic auto-leveling and a MORryde LRE-4000 suspension.

Jayco publishes a 17,500-pound GVWR against the 14,255-pound dry weight, leaving a 3,245-pound cargo capacity and a 2,535-pound dry pin. Two 15,000-BTU Whisper Quiet air conditioners, a 40,000-BTU furnace, an on-demand tankless water heater, the Overlander II solar package and 75/87/87-gallon fresh/grey/black tanks — with generous grey and black capacity — are standard. At a starting MSRP around $129,000, with street pricing below placard, the 36FBTS is the front-bath Pinnacle for a couple who wants a private front master bath and a rear living room in a mid-length luxury coach.

This floorplan has a verified factory record for 7 model years here, 2021 to 2027, and the specification does not hold still. Across those years GVWR ranges from 16,500 lb in 2021 to 17,500 lb in 2025, a spread of 1,000 lb; dry weight ranges from 13,635 lb in 2021 to 14,270 lb in 2027, a spread of 635 lb; dry pin weight ranges from 2,510 lb in 2023 to 2,940 lb in 2021, a spread of 430 lb. The factory tire size changes over the run (215/75R17.5'H' then ST215/75R17.5'H' then ST255/85R16'E'), and the load-range letter in that code is part of the axle rating.
