01 What makes it unique
The Access 25RK is drawn for couples and small families who cook and stay put: a generous rear kitchen spans the back wall, a slide-out carries theater seating to stretch out in, and a dual-entry design gives separate doors to the main living area and to the private bedroom. Two grey tanks totalling 98 gallons back the long trips a rear-kitchen plan invites.
It rides the tandem package — NXG engineered steel frame, Tuff-Coat metal exterior, one-piece TPO roof, enclosed radiant-foil underbelly, tandem 4,400-pound axles on 15-inch Load Range E tires, a 13,500-BTU ducted air conditioner, a 30,000-BTU furnace, a 60,000-BTU tankless water heater and a 10-cubic-foot 12-volt refrigerator, with a 60-gallon fresh tank. Dry weight plus payload equals the 8,800-pound GVWR exactly.
At 6,520 pounds dry with 2,280 pounds of payload and a 670-pound tongue, the 25RK tows behind a well-equipped half-ton. One note on the record: the third-party spec aggregators list this plan with a single axle and small-plan cooling — a data error the Winnebago factory record corrects to the tandem 4,400-pound axles and full tandem systems used here. For a couple who want a real rear galley, theater seating and the grey capacity for long stays, the 25RK is the dual-entry cook's plan.

The Access splits into two build classes. The four single-axle plans (15- and 18-series) are rated to a 5,100-pound GVWR on one 5,100-pound axle, with an 8,000-BTU roof A/C, an 18,000-BTU furnace and a 6-gallon DSI water heater. The ten tandem plans carry an 8,800-pound GVWR on 4,400-pound axles — the 32BR uniquely on 5,200-pound axles for 10,400 pounds — and add a 13,500-BTU ducted A/C, a 30,000-BTU furnace, a 60,000-BTU tankless water heater, a 10-cubic-foot refrigerator and a 2-inch accessory receiver. On every plan the published dry weight plus payload equals the GVWR exactly. Figures are RVUSA structured records cross-checked against Winnebago's factory specification table; tongue weights, awning lengths, axle ratings and dual-grey-tank capacities are factory figures. Always confirm against the unit's weight sticker before towing.
04 What owners & reviewers report
A real rear galley plus theater seating
The full-width kitchen and a slide-out theater seat give both counter space and a place to relax — a couple's long-stay plan.
Dual entry
Separate doors to the living area and the private bedroom — the kitchen crowd and the sleeper come and go independently.
98 gallons of grey
Two grey tanks back a rear-kitchen plan's dishwashing over week-long trips.
Verify against the factory sticker
Some aggregators mis-record this plan as single-axle; the factory confirms the tandem 4,400-lb axles — confirm the unit's weight sticker.
05 How it compares
The rear-bath comfort plan on the same wheelbase — an Olympic queen and a fireplace instead of the rear galley.
The living-room plan — twin theater seating on a big slide and a rear kitchen, single entry.
The laminated rivals — compare galley runs, grey capacity and build.
