The 328SB is the first of the roster's three twelve-berth plans and the cheapest of them by about five thousand dollars. CrossRoads rates it to sleep twelve in about 37 feet on two slides, with an 18-foot awning. CrossRoads publishes no floorplan description for this plan anywhere on its site, so no layout claim is made here — the interior arrangement below is not described because it is not published. The slide count, entry count, berth count and every dimension and weight on this page are published figures.

The figure that matters here is the cargo capacity. CrossRoads publishes a 9,740-pound GVWR against an 8,110-pound dry weight, which leaves 1,630 pounds — the second-tightest margin on the roster, on the plan rated for the most people. The published cargo capacity is 1,630 pounds and the plan is rated to sleep 12. Occupants count against cargo capacity, so a full crew plus gear will use most of it — load to the weight sticker, not to the berth count. The dry tongue is 950 pounds and the tank set is 45/42/42 gallons fresh/grey/black. The 2025 published standards for the line list a Super Flex Alpha roof under a limited lifetime warranty, a heated and enclosed underbelly, front diamond plate, pass-through storage, a tankless water heater and an electric awning.

The factory roster card rates the 328SB at twelve berths and the RVUSA record rates it at eight. The factory figure is used here, per the standing rule that the manufacturer's own roster wins; both are stated so you can see the spread.
