The Catalina Legacy Edition 313RLTS is the line’s rear-living flagship — a couples’-oriented coach built around a spacious lounge rather than bunks. Three slides open the combined living and kitchen area: standard power theater seating with recliners faces an SLS sofa and a booth dinette, and an L-shaped kitchen with a center island anchors the cooking. A front bedroom with a queen-bed slide adds a dresser and two closets, plus a utility closet prepped for a stackable washer/dryer. Nominal capacity is four — this is a layout that trades bunks for living space.

At 8,968 pounds unloaded and 36 feet, the 313RLTS is a three-quarter-ton tow, not a half-ton trailer — the triple slides and the loaded interior push it just past 11,000 pounds at the rating, with about 2,031 pounds of cargo capacity. As a top Legacy plan it carries the tier’s richest standard equipment: a standard 50-amp service, standard power theater seating, washer/dryer prep, solid-surface counters and upgraded aluminum wheels, on top of the line’s GE 10.7-cubic-foot 12V refrigerator, 60,000-BTU tankless water heater, GE 13,500-BTU heat-pump air conditioner, 35,000-BTU furnace and residential in-floor ducted heat. Two power awnings (a 10-foot and a 13-foot) shade the long sidewall, and a BAL 5.3 automatic leveling system is a popular option.

Construction is the line’s metal-sided value build scaled up — a Norco powder-coated steel I-beam frame with full-length outriggers, a Platinum .024-inch aluminum exterior with a smooth radius front, a seamless Alpha roof membrane and an enclosed, fully sealed corrugated underbelly — with a porcelain toilet, a living-room fireplace, JBL Aura audio and a 600-watt solar prep. For a couple who wants a residential-feeling rear lounge, a real kitchen island and laundry prep in a value-priced package, the 313RLTS is the rear-living top of the Catalina range.
