01 What the Jay Flight line is
Jay Flight is Jayco's mass-market travel trailer and the volume seller in its towable range. For the 2027 model year Jayco markets it as Jay Flight — the nameplate's 25th anniversary — alongside a separate, lighter Jay Flight SLX, which Jayco's own site navigation lists as its own travel-trailer entry.
The 2027 roster runs thirty floorplans. Nineteen carry an 8-cubic-foot refrigerator and eleven an 11-cubic-foot one, and the same nineteen/eleven boundary appears in the aggregator's axle field — but those are two columns of one spec block, not two independent witnesses, and the axle column does not survive checking. Jayco's factory pages for all thirty floorplans were fetched on 29 July 2026 and settle it: the line runs seven single-axle plans and twenty-three double, not nineteen and eleven. Twelve floorplans the aggregator calls single-axle are double-axle units at the factory. Axle counts are now published on all thirty, sourced from Jayco. Dry weights run 3,190 to 8,655 pounds and GVWRs 4,500 to 10,600, so the light end sits within reach of a properly equipped mid-size truck or large SUV while the 325BHT and 380DQS want a capable half-ton-plus. Cargo capacity — the number that actually decides what you can load — runs 1,030 to 2,125 pounds and does not rise smoothly with size.
Eighteen plans are eastern builds and twelve are western, marked with a trailing W. They are not cosmetic variants: a western 200MKSW lists at $41,243 against $32,993 for the eastern 200MKS, and the Baja off-grid package is an option on western-built units only. Where both exist, they are listed as separate rows below because they are separately specified trailers.
A 25th Anniversary Package is mandatory on both single- and double-axle builds for 2027 and is not available on the Sport Edition trim, which carries its own mandatory Customer Value Package. Fifty-amp service is standard on the 325BHT, 334RTS and 380DQS; a residential refrigerator replaces the 12-volt unit on the 380DQS. The fireplace is not available on the 225MLS and the outside griddle is not available on the 265TH.
02 All 30 floorplans — verified weights
Every 2027 Jay Flight floorplan, sorted by dry weight. Each row was fetched individually from its own spec-grade record and identity-checked against that record's title before the figures were taken. Dry weight plus cargo capacity equals GVWR exactly on all thirty plans — no plan on this page carries a weight that fails to reconcile.

Tongue weight is not published here — the source carries hitch type (bumper pull, on all thirty) and no tongue weight, and nothing on this site is estimated to fill a column. Options change weights; confirm against the unit's own weight sticker before purchase.
03 Where the sources disagree
Five disagreements were open on this line. Four remain printed rather than reconciled, because reconciling them would mean picking a winner without evidence. The fifth — the axle row, the one that changed what this site publishes — is now settled by Jayco's own per-floorplan pages, and is kept here so that anyone cross-checking against the aggregator can see why the two differ.

On the ranges. Jayco publishes two different length ranges on one page — a structured spec block and a prose paragraph that disagree with each other. RVUSA's roster corroborates the spec block's maximum exactly (40' 4", the 380DQS) and contradicts the prose maximum. Its minimum matches neither. The two publishers may simply be measuring different things: exterior length against box length is a measurement difference, not an error by either. The same pattern appears in the weights, where the ceiling ties to the pound and the floor does not — consistent with Jayco's floor figure describing a plan that is not on RVUSA's 2027 roster.
On the price. Jayco advertises the line as starting at $17,468. The cheapest plan on the 2027 roster, the 175BH, lists at $22,643. The factory figure may predate the mandatory Customer Value and 25th Anniversary packages — but that is a guess, so both figures are published and attributed instead.
On the five missing plans. The 225MLS (bare — only the western 225MLSW is on the roster), 265BHS, 265TH, 270BHS and 382FRK are all named in Jayco's own 2027 standard- and optional-equipment copy, and none appears on RVUSA's 2027 roster. Either the roster is incomplete or the equipment copy carries model numbers forward from a previous year — the same suspicion the prose length range raises. Neither reading is evidenced, so all five are treated as unconfirmed for 2027 and are not listed above. Checked 29 Jul 2026 against MY2027.
04 Where it sits in Jayco's range
Jay Flight is the value flagship. Jayco's 2027 travel-trailer navigation lists it and Jay Flight SLX separately, and the step-up lines sit above both.

Reading the SLX split. For the 2026 model year Jayco sold the value range as a single Jay Flight SLX line, and this site's six 2026 SLX floorplan pages are records of that year — they remain correct and are not superseded by this page. For 2027 the flagship nameplate returned as Jay Flight and SLX continues alongside it: 2027 SLX units are in dealer inventory under 295TBS, 261BHS, 197MB and 170BH. RVUSA lists Jay Flight model years 2027, 2025, 2024 and 2023 with no 2026 entry, which is consistent with 2026 having been sold under the SLX name. Checked 29 Jul 2026 against MY2027.
05 Line & model-year notes
Eastern and western builds are different trailers
Twelve of the thirty plans carry a trailing W and are built at Jayco's western plant. Where an eastern and a western version of the same floorplan both exist, they can differ in weight and differ substantially in price — the 200MKS and 200MKSW are $8,250 apart. The Baja off-grid package is optional on western-built units only. Treat them as separate trailers when shopping, not as regional badging.
Cargo capacity does not scale with length
The heaviest plan is not the one with the most payload. Cargo capacity across the roster runs 1,030 to 2,125 pounds and moves independently of size, so a longer trailer can leave you less room to load. It is the number to check first if you carry water, gear or a generator, and it is listed for every plan in the table above.
The fridge does not tell you the axle count
Nineteen of the thirty 2027 Jay Flight plans carry an 8-cubic-foot refrigerator and eleven an 11-cubic-foot one, without exception across all thirty records. That split is directly observed and is not in dispute. What does not hold is the inference drawn from it. Against Jayco's own factory axle counts, an 11-cubic-foot refrigerator does imply a double-axle unit — all eleven are double. An 8-cubic-foot refrigerator implies nothing: seven of those nineteen are single-axle and twelve are double. The apparent nineteen/eleven axle boundary was the aggregator's axle field agreeing with the aggregator's refrigerator field, one spec block agreeing with itself. A residential refrigerator replaces the 12-volt unit on the 380DQS.
Packages are mandatory, and they move the price
For 2027 the 25th Anniversary Package is required on both single- and double-axle builds, and the Sport Edition trim carries its own mandatory Customer Value Package instead (the anniversary package is not available on it). Sport Edition also swaps the 60,000-BTU tankless water heater for a 42,000-BTU unit. Mandatory packages are the most likely explanation for the gap between Jayco's advertised starting price and the roster's cheapest plan, but that link is not evidenced — see section 03.
